Our Schools' Wildlife Recording Pack includes resources to involve students in three wildlife surveys to help you and your students find out about the birds, invertebrates and plants in your school grounds. The pack includes information on local wildlife, what is required for a good wildlife record and guidance on carrying out each survey as well as 'master copies' of identification/recording materials to photocopy for student use. The resources are aimed at KS2/KS3, but we would encourage all other Key Stages, including special schools to get involved.
Students can now enter records online using School RODIS. Why not try it out now? - click here.
All schools across Merseyside are welcome to participate. If you are a school in Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton or Wirral DOWNLOAD YOUR FREE EDUCATION PACK NOW.
Extra resources to support involvement in recording wildlife can be found on our Education Downloads.
* Our Schools' Wildlife Recording Packs are only available to schools on Merseyside.
